As a fellow nurse who has had the privilege of looking after many palliative care patients during my 30 year career I just want to send my support and good wishes .Despite all the challenges to face it is so rewarding to allow our patients to feel safe,and cared for at the end of their battle with this dreadful condition .Happy Christmas .
